Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Team is here to help and is located near Suncorp Bank, outside Entry 2. The team can assist with everything from lost property, transportation, gift cards (temporarily unavailable) and more.
The Customer Service team are available from:
- Monday – Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
- Thursday: 9am to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday: 9am to 5pm
- Sunday: 10am to 4pm

Visitor Information Centre
This is your one-stop shop for maps, brochures and journey planning in the City of Logan, where friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you explore our city. There’s ample parking at the Hyperdome, including dedicated bays for recreational vehicles.
The centre itself is the largest in the City of Logan, with a wide range of cafes, eateries, fresh produce and grocery outlets, not to mention a host of retail shops and entertainment.

Accessibility
Hyperdome offers 58 disabled parking carparks located near the entries to the Centre. In addition, a further 10 disabled parks are located at Hyperdome Home Centre.
Lifts and travelators are located throughout Hyperdome to assist you with your movement between levels. You can find the location of your most convenient elevator on our directory and map. Simply type ‘Elevator’ into the search bar.
Restrooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels.
Mobility Equiptment
Hyperdome offers free hire of wheelchairs and motorised scooters to make your visit more relaxed and comfortable.
To book any of this free equipment, please phone Customer Service on 07 3801 9188. For your convenience, bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Hire of mobility equipment is available from:
- Monday – Wednesday: 9.00am – 4.30pm
- Thursday: 9.00am – 8.30pm
- Friday & Saturday: 9.00am – 4.30pm
- Sunday: 10.00am – 3.30pm
Upon arrival to the Centre, simply visit our Customer Service Centre near Suncorp Bank and provide proof of identity to collect your wheelchair or motorised scooter.
Electric Vehicle Parking Bays
Hyperdome provides Electric Vehicle Parking and Charging, with customers able to conveniently charge their Electric Vehicles within the Centre’s car park using one of three Electric Vehicle Power Wall Connectors. Providing a convenient and easily accessible location to recharge sustainable electric vehicles.
The three charging bays are located in the level 1 North Mall carpark with best access to Big W and Woolworths.
- Clearly park your vehicle within the marked bays.
- Plug the charging connector into the vehicle.
- The charging station LED display will indicate the vehicle is charging.
- When leaving please ensure you unplug your vehicle from the charging station.
- Please leave the Charging station cord neatly wound up on the stand.
Please note:
- If you don’t need to charge, don’t park in these bays.
- Please leave the equipment tidy on completion.

Justice of the Peace
Find Hyperdome’s Justice of the Peace located next to Australia Post, Wednesday through to Saturday. Find operating hours and updates here.
Free Wifi
On your next visit to Hyperdome connect with us by simply activating WiFi on your device and follow the prompts. You can connect to our WiFi network either by Email or Facebook. Connecting to WiFi via email will give the customer 150MB of data. You will need to enter your email address then verify your email address. Temporary WiFi access will allow you to open your emails. Connecting via Facebook and you will get 600MB of data. You will need to enter your Facebook email address and password used on your Facebook account.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are currently unavailable at Hyperdome. Customers can instead purchase gift cards directly from participating retailers, with centre-wide Gift Cards returning in mid-2026. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Lost & Found
Lost property is collected at the Customer Service Desk. All items are held for a period of three months, except for valuable items which are handed to the local police station.
If you have misplaced an item, please contact the Customer Service Team on 07 3801 9188, or email us at hyperdomesupport@mafinancial.com to provide a description and leave your details.
Parents Rooms
For parents or guardians shopping with children, our well equipped parents rooms provide a clean and private area where the whole family is welcome. Hyperdome has five sets of parents facilities conveniently located beside Big W, Best & Less, The Piazza, Angus & Coote and The Athlete’s Foot for your convenience.
Parents Rooms also provide a microwave service for parents to warm up milk/formula.
Complimentary Stroller Hire
If you require a stroller, then let us help you. We offer complimentary use of this equipment to make your visit a relaxed and comfortable one. To book any of this free equipment, please phone the Customer Service Centre on 07 3801 9188.
For your convenience, bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Upon arrival in the centre, simply visit the Customer Service Centre and provide proof of identity to collect your stroller.
